Nimorincă is an alcoholic drink, which is produced by means of fermentation and double distillation of fruits. This type of drink is known for ages in several countries under different names: Pálinka in Hungary, Slivovica in Slovakia, Schnaps in Germany, Rakia in Balkan countries, tuica in Romania and Slivovitz in Czech Republic.
All these are similar to the fruit distillate Nimorinka, but mostly alike to is Eau-de-Vie, a world known French beverage meaning “water of life”. Since the 17th century, the invention of fruit fermentation and distillation had served to cure dangerous epidemics. Along the years, Eau-de-Vie became recognized and perceived as a fruit beverage of premium class. Unlike other alcoholic drinks, Eau-de-Vie focuses on naturalness, freshness, purity and on capacity to save the taste and the intense fruit’s flavor.
Over the centuries Eau-de-Vie also became famous also as Pálinka, having a rich history. Edward VIIth, the King of the United Kingdom was very impressed by the delicate taste of this beverage. Even on the coronation day of Edward VIIth , Hungarians had given to the future king, as present, a whole barrel of his favorite drink Pálinka.
The King Edward VIIIth claimed that Pálinka mixed with soda was better than whiskey, and mixed with tea was more tasty than rum.

Fruit distillate Nimorincă is a strong alcoholic beverage produced by traditional method.The sweetest and most flavorful fruits from our own orchards, situated in the central region, near the Moldavian Codri, in the Nimoreni village are selected for this lengthy and careful process.
To satisfy the taste of every consumer Nimorinka is produced from different kind of fruits like plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pears Williams, quince and cherries.
To obtain 0,5 liters of distillate are used from 15 to 20 kg of high quality fruits, which flavor is captured through a natural distillation process.Nimorinka from pears Williams, quince and cherries, is produced in limited edition, every bottle having its unique number.We are very exacting toward the quality of each drop of Nimorinka, therefore every product lot is verified at UFAG Laboratorien AG, Sursee, Switzerland.
